Our commitments
- We market our service only for content we hold the necessary distribution rights to.
- We do not advertise using broadcaster logos, sporting body branding, club or county crests.
- We do not claim unlimited access to protected programming.
- We publish no guidance on circumventing access controls, geographic restrictions or technical protection measures.
- We offer no guarantee of uninterrupted service, because no streaming service can honestly give one.
- We publish no customer ratings or review counts, because we have no independently verified basis for them.
Things we are asked for and do not supply

Your data when you order
Ordering happens over WhatsApp, so the only information that reaches us is what you type into the message — plan, term and device. We do not ask for card numbers, passwords or identity documents in chat, and you should never send them to anyone who does.
Once you have your own login details, keep them private. An M3U link contains your username and password in plain text, so anyone you share it with is using your stream allowance. If you keep hitting your limit when only your own devices are on, tell us and we will reissue the details.
