Premium support is built around houses running several screens. Setup and fault reports are handled ahead of Basic, and the configuration is planned around up to five concurrent streams from the start.

Questions people ask
Does Premium support cost extra?
No. It is part of the Premium subscription and is never billed separately.
What language is support in, and how do I reach it?
English, over WhatsApp. Chat works better than a phone call for setup because you can send a screenshot of what you are looking at.
What do you need from me to look at a fault?
The channel name, the time it happened, your device and your player. That tells us whether one source is failing or something wider is wrong.
What does prioritised actually mean?
Premium reports are worked before Basic ones. We deliberately do not quote a guaranteed response time, because we could not stand over it.
